From an intimate midnight dinner to a buzzing opening party and a warm, rain-kissed Sunday brunch, our first events were a beautiful reflection of who we are. Each gathering brought people together through food, stories, and shared experiences—laying the foundation for the culture and community we are building at Gulabo & Co.

Opening Day - Midnight Dinner

Our journey began with an intimate midnight dinner an invite-only experience curated by Chef Abhishek and Chef Rishabh. A long communal table brought together 22 strangers who shared a five-course menu, heartfelt conversations, and interactive games led by our social media team. What started as a quiet evening slowly turned magical, unfolding into a warm, midnight dinner that set the tone for everything Gulabo stands for: good food, good people, and good vibes.

Official Opening Party

The next evening, Gulabo & Co. opened its doors to a buzzing house of friends, well-wishers, and food lovers. Guests floated in and out while music filled the space, a beautiful grazing table took centre stage, and our team passed around signature appetizers through the night. It was energetic, celebratory, and full of the warmth we grew up with an unforgettable start to our story.

Sunday Brunch

Our first Sunday Brunch turned out to be a heart-warming milestone. Despite the unexpected rain, guests arrived in full spirit, so much so that we were overbooked beyond our 45-seat capacity. A vibrant brunch spread, cheerful conversations, and the unmistakable Gulabo energy filled the space. The love and support we received that day reassured us that we’re building something truly special.
